Statement of Work (SOW)
A verbal agreement protects no one
Before any contractor begins work, your church needs a written Statement of Work — clearly defining scope, preventing cost overruns, and ensuring you receive exactly what you agreed to buy, at the price you agreed to pay. MASS-Advisory writes a custom SOW for any vendor engagement up to $25,000. Agreements exceeding $25,000 are scoped and quoted separately.
